Very good. The tasting bnotes I get most are sherry(not too sweet, but slightly bitter. Might be mistaking that for oakiness), dark chocolate, and peat. I like it best with a few drops which, for me, changes the dark chocolate bitterness to milk chocolate. It's neck in neck for my favorite sherry/peated Scotch with Frog Triple Wood.
