Rich and Sweet
Tastes very rich. You'll taste dark mezcal smoke with bourbon wood notes and vanilla. the drink is deep and sweet and has a sort of cream vanilla cream on the wooden spoon taste, which mixes quite well with the smoky agave flavor. It finishes a wee bit bitter, but that's likely from the wood.
This drink is quite good, its very complex, but also very tasty on the surface. You don't have to be a master in spirits to appreciate this (I know because I'm not). The only downside is the price tag. It's too expensive, and probably not worth it. I don't prefer mezcal that much over other spirits to justify the expense.
