Spicy, bity. Some of that probably has to do with the 92 proof, but I was disappointed. Way in the background, there are some lovely smells and tastes. Hoping it will calm down. March '22 - Opened now for eight months - it has calmed down some, still has some bite, still spicy, but the other flavors are now allowed to show themselves. Still, my preferred experience in the highlands, lies elsewhere.
