Sweet. Smooth. Oily. Medium body and finish. Floral and berry nose. I like Blantons. It doesn’t offend in any way. Sort of blah. But it isn’t worth 150 a bottle or whatever. I used to pick this up for 50 a bottle during the Great Recession. Now it’s considered semi- “rare.” Great bourbon by the dram in the meantime. Eagle Rare 10 and many others are better.
