It tastes young and raw and grassy; and definitely Mexican. I have had Mexican cigars and Mexican coffee, and there is a young, dry grass backtaste that has permeated them all. Hay on the nose. Some sweet on the palate, and that dry grassy note. If anything...I would keep it around for an educational flight with their yellow corn, some blue corn (Balocnes or Kinsey), popcorn whiskey from Kinsey, and some popular dent corn whiskey, which is the standard corn used in most bourbon, I think.
