As good as I’d hoped it would be. The olives and thyme come out strong, right from the start, followed by cardamom, rosemary, lemon, juniper and a faint touch of basil. Lightly sweet, fresh, olive, sea brine and herb garden taste. In my experience very unique, and well worth keeping in stock.
