N: well balanced, hints of orange and lemon, aniseed or fennel, pine, and definitely juniper P: Rich, smooth, subtle spice maybe cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, and juniper F: after the peppery note it’s herbal and a bit bitter Overall: This gin is a great take on a London Dry gin at excellent value. Anchor distilling did a solid job here and this is an easy drinker. It’s juniper forward and really carries a G&T, Martini, Gimlet, and even craft cocktails.
