Junipero is made in the London Dry style, with juniper as the featured botanical. Other botanicals in play include anise seeds, cardamom, cubeb, and Seville and sweet orange peel. The spirit is distilled in a copper pot-still and is not chill-filtered. It was first released in 1996 by San Francisco's Anchor Distilling Co. (now known as Hotaling & Co.) and is bottled a 49.3% ABV.
London Dry GinNeutral spirit flavored with juniper and other botanicals. In the US, the minimum ABV is 40%; In the EU, it is 37.5%. Originally, only made in London, this can be made anywhere. No artificial flavors or colors can be added. Only water, neutral grain spirit, and sugar (no more than 0.1g/l) can be added.

It's rich in mouthfeel and high in proof, making one want to put it to the test in a dry Martini. Anchor has made an excellent rendition of a London Dry hailing from California."
