Tasting Notes
"The aroma of juniper comes through most noticeably on JunÃpero, though it's backed by a hint of citrus. The palate is complex, with juniper taking the lead in a well-balanced suite of botanicals. It's rich in mouthfeel and high in proof, making one want to put it to the test in a dry Martini. This is an excellent rendition of a London Dry hailing from California."
