Nose: light apple, peanut butter, very light hazelnut and a vague wisp of tobacco. Light cherry and peaches, vanilla frosting and burnt caramel. Taste: Dill and wintergreen with apple and cherry. Hazelnut and peanut with burnt caramel is present on the finish. Almost like a nut coated candy apple. Slight banana note also comes out after a while. The finish becomes stronger the more you sip. It's a bourbon with a slightly different finish. Not one to impress a seasoned drinker but would be good to introduce someone who has only had Jim Beam or Jack Daniels. Nothing offensive but nothing new or exciting.
