Nose: Hints of maple with traditional whiskey notes and a touch of raw alcohol if you go real deep.
Pallet: Heavy viscosity that coats your entire tongue like you could almost chew on it. Dry as if the barrel has taken the sweetness out of it.
Finish: Dry and makes you want to have a glass of water. Slight Kentucky hug with an oaky finish
