Blind tasting
Nose: cherry, chocolate, syrup
Taste: really sweet, almost like ice cream but not cloying or offensive sweet. Maybe a hint of smoke at the end. Something sort of dry in the mix or a dustiness. I’d guess it’s on the younger side with a finish in a syrup or beer barrel. This is interesting but can’t imagine enjoying it over and over.
