Nose: holy PEAT batman, sea spray, nice mesquite BBQ, mellow floral notes, tinge of vanilla
Nose after swirl: much fresher BBQ smell more like a newly-sauced shredded pork
Pallete: medium mouthfeel, dry wood, much less peaty on the palette, very floral and woody with water, cacao nibs
Finish: dry wood, more of the darker notes of the pallete, but weirdly gets wetter/juicier as time goes on.
