Beautiful, rich nose with prominent caramelized crime brûlée, brown sugar, vanilla, molasses, and caramelized banana, truly gorgeous; lots of caramel, caramelized banana, vanilla, oak, and a little cinnamon and clove baking spice; a little hot, but not too much; fairly sweet; nice thicker texture; finishes pretty clean with just a little brown sugar and oak, fairly short finish; overall it has a nice unique bananas foster vibe to it; a very cool and maybe my favorite rye to date
