Springbank 10 Year
Single Malt — Campbeltown, Scotland

It’s been almost two and a half years since I last tasted Springbank 10 year and I had nearly forgotten that this is such a delicious whiskey!
Apple, brine and toffee notes mixed with a little funky smoke.
So easy to drink, yum!
Thanks to @ctbeck11 for the sample.

I really liked the 10 year as well. I bought the 15 year and cracked it open a few days ago and thought it was a little too peaty for my taste.
@cascode Ha! I wondered if that term would trigger anyone. I use it to refer to a distillery’s youngest core range release. But I can see that it has a negative connotation that’s certainly not warranted in this case.
@ctbeck11 Entry level. ENTRY LEVEL!!!? Them’s fightin’ words, sonny 😁
One of the best, if not the best, entry level single malts out there. Hope they never change it.
