The nose is sweet and datk fruit. Perhaps too sweet. Right up your aly if you are a bourbon fan. Nose: vanilla, cherry, syrup, cocao Palate: butter, milk chocolate, raisins, and cinnomon Finish: sweet, raisins, and syrup. A good dram. This will get you 85% of the way to a Mac 18 2017, when we compared them at a treating with friends. Less complex, but I don't mind the 48.4 abv. A very tasty dram for $100. I'm not a collector and at it's current prices, I wouldn't spend more than $140. Cheers!! Rating: 4.20 in my book
