Caramel, apple, rye, pear, dill, spruce tips, cinnamon and toast on the very fresh nose. Smooth, spicy and sweet on the palate, dominated by rye, but with caramel, toasty, vanilla, apple and peppery flavors. Dry peppery finish. Rich, complex, nice.
