N- insanely sweet. Maple, butterscotch vanilla icing. Faint mint but overall very little rye characteristics. T- maple brown sugar, rye grain, nutmeg. Reminds me of Waffle Crisp cereal. F- sweet, long finish. Boarder line too sweet at this point with the maple syrup flavor and spice lingering. Overall a solid finished rye that might be a little too sweet by the end of the pour. Nonetheless it’s a delicious dessert whiskey.
