Balanced Bourbon with the Sherry influence represented well with dark fruits and a nuttiness not usually found in Bourbon. I read the proprietary process mentioned in the description allows them to extract maximum flavor from the Sherry staves in a minimal amount of time and whether that's true or not, it's working.
