Midway through my first glass of Blanton's and I'm not sold yet. Very pleasant nose of vanilla, caramel, fruit (cherry) and tobacco. The taste just isn't doing the nose justice but I have experienced this before where I need a few different days of sampling to put my taste opinion together. The spirit is a bit overpowering even with some water.
