Nose: sweet oak, white pepper, cola, caramel, butterscotch Palate: thick, sweet oak. Milk chocolate with burnt marshmellow and caramel. Hint of spice. Nice viscosity given the proof Finish: white peoper, dark chocolate. Mild in intensity and medium in length. Perfect dryness to make the oak present but its never overwhelming. 8 on the t8ke scale. Hits all the classic bourbon notes but amplified in flavor but not intensity. Wish the finish was a touch longer. Surprsingly, the 15 is more tannic and this is more sweet.
