For a double.oak, not a lot of oak comes through on the palate. Lots of oak and sweetness on the nose. Light carmel in color suggests a young age of 2-4 years. Spice comes through on front palate and lingers throughout. Slight sweetness comes through on finish. This was a gift so not sure of cost, would not purchse., but drink again if offered.
