NOSE
Fresh pastries, candied fruit, toasted grains, nuts, vanilla, dried fruit, buttery oak, hint of spice.
Wasn’t expecting this aroma, it’s completely a-typical to bourbon, and not in a bad way.
PALATE
Fresh pastries, dried fruit, baking spice, buttered popcorn jelly beans, and a bit of crafty wood.
Very similar to the aroma but more buttery and instead of oak that crafty, dry, wood note creeps in.
FINISH
Medium -> Buttered popcorn jelly beans, spice, wood.
