NOSE
Banana’s Foster, nuts, oak, vanilla and some light spice.
Weirdly light, I’m struggling to get much out of the aroma.
PALATE
Caramel, oak, peanuts, malted cocoa, caramelized banana, baking spice, dried fruit and some vanilla candy.
More complex on the palate and a tad unusual for a Jefferson’s Ocean release
FINISH
Medium -> Spice, banana pudding, caramel and oak.

@TheWhiskeyJug I wondered if the infamous NYC waters that make its pizza so good had the same impact on this. I tasted it side by side with the regular one. This was better. A more pronounced sweeter minerality to it
