Tried neat from my bottle with @Looneyhead on the nares its sweet, spicy, and creamy with notes of vanilla, gum, spearmint, xantham, honey. On the palate its spicy with notes of pepper, honey, mint, cream brulee, cinnamon. Definitely hits like a rye on that kentucky hug.
