Like Hendrick’s and rosewater had a baby. The floral notes are a little too strong for me to want to drink this neat, but it works great in cocktails. The wildgarden cup recipe on the back of the bottle is good, but where this novelty Hendrick’s really shines is in a negroni or a G&T where a bittering agent plays against the roses. Superb!
