The taste reveals a proof higher than the bottle does. It burns above its paygrade. Theres not a single taste that stands out above the rest. Its a taste of its own and that’s okay with me. More butter than caramel and a note of orange that makes me wonder if i could use less Angostura when making an old fashioned or whiskey sour with this particular blend.
