The charred oak comes through like orchsrd apples and spice. There’s a hint of cherry and slight almonds.
The palate is light, sweet honey and water, with slight tartness in the cheeks.
The finish brings more honey and pepper. Its warming and mild.
This whiskey is like honey drizzled on apple slices with an icewater chaser enjoyed next to a dish of apple crumble.
