This is a straight bourbon made from three different mash bills and with four types of grain: corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley.
The whiskey aged in virgin, charred oak barrels with the staves getting a #4 char and the heads a #2 char. Available as of May 1, 2021.

Tasting Notes
"The nose begins with cinnamon and cloves, followed by vanilla taffy and ginger. The palate is a bit soft, with doughy wheat bread, milk chocolate, and cedar box followed by peanut brittle, allspice, and black pepper. A short finish offers pecan, peanut brittle, and coffee grounds, with mint and caramel."
