Peerless Double Oak Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed
January 7, 2024 (edited January 8, 2024)
nose - marshmellow, sweet candied pecan, grape, musty wood
palette - strong wood, with the sweetness of pecan throughout the viscousness
finish - not a strong detectable note, with the woodedness being the main experience throughout
a deep, pleasing double oaked experience, and one of the more thick, viscous drams. the pleasant sweetness of the nosing doesnt quite follow through as strongly however. all around a solid pour, albeit one that leaves a little bit to be desired.
