Nose: rye, dark chocolate orange, burnt caramel / toffee. Fresh lemon / slight mint. Taste: rye and burnt orange with a light dusting of cinnamon. Light herbal dill and light honey. Oaky finish that is strong but does not dominate (if that makes any sense) Water and air seem to dull down the burnt caramel / oak notes and bring up the citrus and herbal notes
