Nose - I get saltyness at first. Briney and medicinal, kind of like iodine and bandaid. It reminds me of cold foggy weather. Hidden behind are subtle sweet notes. I smell raisins, dates, apples, oranges etc. Has a little bit of freshness as well.
Tongue - I immediately get notes of dates, raisins, grapes and molasses. The saltiness and medicinal quality show up as I swirl it around. The aftertaste is again rasinish. It goes down very easy. Hints of black pepper and spicyness come through. Finish is short. I wish the finish was longer.
A very delightful regular sipper. A 7 out of 10 for me.
