Nose brings out notes of maple syrup, banana, walnuts and chocolate. The aroma reminds me of going to the local breakfast buffet and having chocolate chip banana pancakes. These scents transition well to the taste of the bourbon, adding in some vanilla to those notes. Has a very subdued finish with a hint of oak that disappears quickly. Can easily consider this one of my favorite bourbons and try to keep it in stock at all times.
