Marzipan, liquorice at tatse. Subtle and nuance at nose with majority of oaky flovor. Its like a twist from your generic sherry/ollosso with a bit of sazerac mixology.
If not noted at the description in marzipan and liquirice, dark fruit, prunes, figs, I woulnt have appreciated the complexity since these are not to ny default tasting profile—I ate outdated crackers as a kiddo and liquorice marzipan tatsed exactly like that, almost chalky.
