Nose: light, baking spice, nutty, wood, caramel, honeyed pear, a light salinity.
Coming back to a second taste after I have been away from peat im getting much more peat here.
Palate: honeyed malt, salt air, candied orange peel, a very light peat. Cinnamon, black pepper. Vanilla.
Peat comes out so much more the second visit. Sharp, more lemon. Bright citrus, honey.
A miniscule drop of water brings out baking spice
Finish: warm, numbing.
