This possesses Jim Beam’s distinct flavor, but it is slightly elevated. Noses with notes of jam and dried fruit added to a little bit of oakiness. Taste is definitely berries/jam and toffee. All in all, a pretty big bang for the buck! I think this would be outstanding in an old-fashioned With elderberry bitters and splash of Orange cello. Nice job Jim Beam!
