The nose is more of a gentle sweetness that caresses your nostrils like a carmel syrup scent. Maybe even like a light refreshing cucumber note as well. On the palate it has hs a bit more of a bite to it than what I was expecting almost as if it has a bit higher rye content. The main contributing profile, though, is that carmel or candied apple taste that sticks with you from the front end all the way to the finish. I'm not getting a whole lot else to it but it's an enjoyable sip especially for those who like a sweeter profile.
