"Brown sugar and doughy, sliced wheat bread lead are showcased first on the nose, along with vanilla and cassia bark. The palate is rich, and a combination of sweet and spicy, with caramel and cocoa powder paired with black pepper and cloves. The finish is moderate in length and features tannic oak, pine, spearmint and baking chocolate. "
