An elegant, Aged Rum crafted with Panamanian sugarcane & reverse osmosis water. It is a blend consisting of 95% of their 5-year-old Rum with 5% of their 10-year-old Rum that were aged in ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels before being finished in Royal O'Porto Port wine casks for an additional 4 to 10 months before being bottled at 46% ABV.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of molasses, wood, dark fruits, tree fruits, flowers, nuts & spices; while a full & complex life adds notes of white peach, floral honey; that led to a long & dry death with notes of black pepper, oak, burnt caramel, blackberry jam, roasted almonds & tobacco leaf.
