A rich, Irish Single Grain Whiskey created by Altamar Brands & founded by W. L. Lyons Brown, III. It is crafted with a mash bill of 95% French maize & 5% Malted Irish Barley aged for a minimum of 3 years before being finished in Foursquare barrels & then bottled at 100 proof. It has an aromatic birth of grain, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of rum molasses, vanilla, fig & mango puree; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of lemon custard, coconut, treacle, almond, hazelnut, nougat, clove & cinnamon.
