This Single Grain Irish Whiskey is the 7th singular limited release from High n' Wicked. This release was made in collaboration with the rum brand Foursquare. Beginning with a single grain whiskey distilled in Co. Cork, Ireland (95% French corn, 5% Irish malted barley), the whiskey was first matured in ex-bourbon barrels.
It was then finished for six months in barrels which formerly held Foursquare Mark X 2007 Barbados rum. Bottled at 50% ABV without chill-filtrations or additives, it's available in select US markets beginning February 2024. (SRP $79.99).

Tasting Notes
"Burnt sugar and banana peel lead the nose, with additional notes of apricot, pineapple, coconut, and sweet spice. The palate is a lively mix of butterscotch and root beer spices mingling with ginger snaps and tropical fruit mix. While it is on the sweet side, the whiskey has a medium richness that is well balanced by a subtle element of aromatic herbs (anise, oregano) and warming spice. "
