A complex, Sichuan Baijiu, by the Luzhou Laojiao Distillery in Luzhou, China made from sorghum fermented in Baijiu pits; then distilled in traditional Chinese pot stills & matured for up to 2 years before the Master Blender creates their potion.
It has a tropical birth with notes of green apple peel, papaya, guava & melon; while a spicy life adds notes of peppercorn, pineapple & anise; that leads to a long & earthy death with notes of forest floor & barnyard.
