A rich, Blended Irish Whiskey by the Walsh Whiskey Distillery Co. made from a blend of single pot still & malt Whiskey then aged in Bourbon barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of honey, marmalade & fruity barley; while a rich & smooth life adds notes of pepper, floral malt, lemon, a hint of citrus & spice; that leads to a long & rich death with notes of honey-marmalade, toasted oak & milk chocolate.
