Nose: corn whiskey, lots of barrel spice, light maple, theres a hint of smoke. Grilled peaches. Brown sugar.
Palate: has some heat to it. Syrupy texture. Smoldering Oak chips. Caramel, very light dry smoke. Lots of bourbon notes. Cinnamon. Oak.
Finish: drying, warming, tannic, a gentle smoke comes out as you let it ride.
