A rich, Rye Whiskey by Adam Spiegel Sonoma Distilling Company in Sonoma, California bottled at 46.5% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, cooked fruit, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of rye spice, dried apricot, ripe cherry & mint; that led to a warm death of medium length with notes of vanilla, allspice, white pepper, cinnamon, burnt brown sugar, walnut & cherrywood smoke.
