An intense, Cask Strength, Single Barrel, Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is crafted in Texas with local grain. It has a mash bill of 26% Blue Corn, 25% White Corn, 44% Rye & 5% Malted Barley; that is aged for a minimum of 2 years in American white oak barrels before being bottled at 100proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of sweet corn & caramel; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, rye spice & cinnamon.
