A crisp, Agave Spirit by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel, aged for approximately eight months in Symphony Barrels composed of oak from the forests of Virginia, Pennsylvania, Minnesota & Missouri, that is then filtered before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, nuts, fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of coconut, pineapple, maple, vanilla & honey; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of oak, almond, nutmeg, chocolate, toffee & sea spray.
