This expression is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers and 2 times distilled. It is rested in a combination of American white oak barrels (both new and used) and ex-sherry casks—referred to as "Symphony Barrels" because classical music plays during the aging process.
It is then filtered through "vegan charcoal" for clarification before bottling additive free at 80 proof. .

Tasting Notes
"The nose is bright and zesty, with notes of grapefruit and lime peels and a slight brininess, with accents of toasted sesame and vanilla. The citrus zest and maritime saltiness echo on the palate, backed up by burnt sugar/caramel sweetness and vegetal agave flavors. The flavor profile is not too sweet or rich, and drinks more like a mineral-forward reposado or a blanco. However, there is quite a bit of heat in the finish that quickly thins out the flavors on the palate. "
