Nose: orchard fruits (apricot, lemon), floral, oaky spices, bit rough (letting it to breath helps a lot), almond, bit youngish, underlying sweetness. Vanilla. This is more floral and fruity, less sherried than the 10 yrs.
Palate: less rich, malty sweeet, getting peppery towards late palate, nutty, bit rough, young
Finish: red apple, spicy, oaky, dry, bitter, stays with you for minutes
