Nose: soft and sweet, a light red and apple and wheat. Pretty muted. Taste: ethanol punch and prickliness right away, followed by a wave of oak and pine-forward rye spice. A bit of water really opens up the sweet and floral profile Finish: pretty short finish of rich, bitter oak and light rye spice
