(Bottle # 08030 / Bottled 18/8/20) is a rich, Cristalino Extra Añejo by Casa Cuervo in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico; made in celebration of 50th anniversary of our founder, Juan Dobel. It is crafted with 100% Blue Weber Agave, cooked in an autoclave, fermented in a Stainless-Steel Pot Still, aged in American & Eastern European oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years, then finished in sherry casks, a final color filtration before being bottled at 80 proof. It has a delicate birth with notes of vanilla, agave, coffee, hints of dried fruits, oak & spice; while a rich & elegant life adds hints of caramel, honey, fig, quince, date, pineapple, pumpkin, cinnamon, clove & tobacco; that led to a long & oily death with notes of vanilla ice-cream (a Maestro Dobel signature), cinnamon, anise & herbs.
